  • A: Yes! We love our pets! There are few restricted breeds however. We do not allow Pit-Bulls, Pit-Bull Mixes, aggressive dogs or aggressive dog breeds.

  • A: Each site has 20/30/50 AMP connections as well as an individual meter. For monthly guests, this means that you only pay for what you use! For weekly or daily guests, electric is included in your rent cost.

  • A: Our sites are the largest in the Houston area measuring 30ft x 80ft! 95% of our sites are pull-through.

  • A: Our laundry facility features 8 washers and dryers. All washers & Dryers accept coin or card payment.

  • A: The Flying Cow restaurant serves fresh farm to table food. It serves coffee in the morning. The lunch and dinner menu features a wide variety of Wagyu burgers, appetizers, salads, entrees and deserts. All food is made to order.

  • Part of the reason you might be experiencing issues with your wifi connection speed is because the signal has trouble traveling through the metal that your RV is constructed out of. To combat this, it is best to purchase a wi-fi booster and install it in the RV. If this does not fix the issue, we are always happy to send out someone to test the signal you are receiving.

  • If connecting over wi-fi, you will access your specific rate through a personalized login that grants you access to your purchased package speeds. If you are connecting over ethernet (Coming soon!), the speed to your site is remotely controlled. Our team will give your site access to the specific internet package speeds you have purchased.
